सध्या  इंटरनेटच्या जगात माहितीचा स्पोट होऊन  संपूर्ण भारतात स्पर्धा परीक्षांचे वारे वाहू आहेत. यात ग्रामीण भागातील विध्यार्थी कुठेतरी मागे पडताना दिसतात. या मागचे कारण म्हणजे तंत्रज्ञानाचा अभाव. सध्या ग्रामीण भागासह शहरी भागात मोबाईल धारकांचे प्रमाण वाढताना दिसत आहे अशा वेळेस ग्रामीण भागातील विध्यार्थ्यासाठी मोबाईल वर अभ्यास करता यावा यासाठी स्पर्धा परीक्षा सारखे अनेक परीक्षाभिमुख प्रश्न, माहिती, चालू घडामोडी यासाठी नवीन मोबाईल पुस्तिका तयार करण्यात आली आहे.
